Mid Michigan Impresses En Route to Great Lakes District B Title

FLINT, Mich. – The Mid Michigan College Lakers are heading back to the NJCAA Division II Women's Basketball National Championship following a 100-72 victory over St. Clair County Community College in the Great Lakes District B Championship. The Lakers pulled away in the latter stages of the game for the 28-point win.
In Friday's semifinal, the Lakers held off a strong effort by Marian University Ancilla to win, 73-59.
