The top five DII teams qualify for the NJCAA Division II Tournament with the 4-seed playing the 5-seed in a play-in match on the Tuesday of Region Championship week. The top three seeds advance to Marysville for the semifinals of the Region XII Division II Tournament and will be joined by the winner of the 4 vs. 5 matchup.
